Canon printer won't install

spent an hour trying to install printer and when i get to download , this comes up, any idea?

Is this an old printer and new computer? (I think you said you had a new computer in another thread?)

If so try downloading a newer driver from the makers website. Don't use a cd/dvd that came with the printer.

thanks i think the problem was i had a file to print in queue , i think its ok now
