Not a fan of the sugary croissant bun myself.Nope they stayed on fine. I think it was a brioche bun which was almost moist and ever so slightly sticky.

Burger and chips look decent mind
My mum uses one, seems to make the burger patties uniform in size and thickness. She uses one from lakeland.My meat mincer has arrived! I think it calls for home made burgers. May have to take a trip to the butchers soon. I've had reasonable results by hand, but has anyone used a burger press and was there much improvement?
