Burger Thread. Yes!

this weeks BOTW is a venison burger (blueberries & shallots in the mix), topped with fried shallots & dolcelatte, chilli & mint & ginger jam underneath. Red cabbage, onion & green pepper slaw, fries & mixed leaves. Think I need to consider joining a gym.

It appears to be in a wooden box. It's a burger ffs, not a set of chisels

The menu changes every couple of months. My current favorite is The Fuzz. And yes, they really do have "freedom fries."

Used 1kg of mince at work tonight to make 4 burgers. Loaded them with cheese and bacon. The 9 year old asked me if they would be like McDonald's and complained there were seeds in the bun. Empty plates all round.

Not bein a stiff but the Greatest Burger Ever would be my choice..... My lord, look at those fries!!! they look incredible!! were they good? (i ask because appearances can be so deceptive ....i have wanted to cry at Captain Americas - NOT that i am comparing, just giving an example...)

Good skills, but needs some onion and pickle. To me, a burger is bollock naked without onion.

I agree. Had run out of onion but on first attempt wanted to try it naked. Next time!

In fact I might check out the new Liverpool street branch for my tea this evening.

I wouldn't call them the best fries ever, but they are very good. My taste in fries may not be the same as yours. I like the old fashioned potato wedges better than the smaller cut fries.

They also have a tapas bar downtown. It's quite good, but I have difficulty getting my friends to go. They have Midwestern palates and the food is definitely a little spicier than the usual around here.
