Always said for Boomtown... the fence around the kids area isn't to keep the children in, it's to keep the zombies out.

I'd *never* take children there tbh. It's all your worst (best?) after-parties, three nights in a row.

Are there dogs on the gates all day open to close at 10? Most festivals I have been too they are only generally there at peak times and gone later in the day but heard boomtown is a right pain for sniffers! Hampshire police making the most of resources. Cheers

They were there everyday last year iirc, whilst the gates were open

I took a baby/toddler there about 4 years ago and it was absolutely fine. It wasn't particularly messy/scary/crowded until fairly late at night and I understand it's a bit tamer these days anyway.
