Bjork's new album Vulnicura download

I just wrote 'vulnicura' in Google translate and got no results, but then tried splitting it into two words and although vulni got no hits, 'cura' (italian detected) = 'care' (synonyms- charge, cure, remedy, treatment, heed, custody, notice)
If the 'vulni-' prefix is meant to hint at being vulnerable/vulnerability and 'cura' means cure, then perhaps the album is a sort of grieving process working through a breakup and coming out on the other side cleansed (see also: catharsis), so then - 'a cure for vulnerability'?

(But of course it's Bjørk, so I guess perhaps not interpreting everything too literally would be a good idea... I reckon it's meant to be a bit ambigous anyway... very arty/clever way of thinking, though)

yep! and its was confirmed as such earlier in the thread

personally i think 'Cheer up, might never appen' wouldve been a better title, but maybe best leave it to Bjork

No. It doesn't beat biophelia for me, but it's not boring.

It took me about two months to get beyond track 4. It's worth it, the last track is my current fave. When I'm broken i am whole and when I'm whole I'm broken *over empathises*

Giving it another go. Vespertine is my fave, incredibly personal...though not as painful as this.
