YouTube 'Pranksters' get their come-uppance :-)

Trigger happy tv was the beat prankster show.

We've reason to believe that two ladies matching your description have been joy riding and pulling hand break turns in the park....

What a load of fucking idiots.

Four men have been jailed for pranks filmed for YouTube channel Trollstation, including a “terrifying” fake art heist in the National Portrait Gallery.

One woman passed out as dozens of terrified art lovers fled from the Wolfson gallery during the stunt.

Daniel Jarvis, 27, Ebenezer Mensah, 29, and Helder Gomes, 23, pulled tights over their heads and shouted: “Let’s get the paintings,” on 5 July 2015.

The trio also smuggled “ridiculous” paintings into the gallery’s BP Portrait Award exhibition in bin bags and then pretended they were robbing high-value artworks as they ran amok.

Endrit Ferizolli, 20, took a speaker system that let off alarm sounds into the Wolfson gallery as Danh Van Le, 31, filmed patrons panicking for the YouTube channel. Van Le was jailed for 24 weeks in March for a bomb hoax for a separate YouTube video.

Later that day, the pranksters, who have 718,000 subscribers, staged another fake robbery as Van Le carried fake paintings into the Tate Britain gallery, with an unknown female. Gomes ran into the gallery and dragged the woman out in a headlock as Jarvis and Mensah grabbed the paintings for another viral video. The men were arrested later that day.

On Monday, Jarvis, Mensah, Ferizolli and Gomes admitted two counts of using threatening or abusive words and behaviour causing fear of unlawful violence at City of London magistrates’ court.

Jarvis was jailed for 20 weeks, while Ferizolli was jailed for 16 weeks. Gomes and Mensah were each jailed for 18 weeks.
The court heard that Trollstationfounder Van Le was jailed for 24 weeks in March for placing an article causing a bomb hoax for a separate YouTube video. Van Le had filmed a 15-year-old, who cannot be named, dumping a suitcase with a clock inside next to strangers at bus stops in Lambeth and Southwark. He uploaded the terrified reactions of people who feared it was a bomb.

is this the same bunch of twonks who film themselves dropping a flick-knife comb in front of old bill, picking it up and legging it? I'm no fan of the police, but fuck me, a staircase accident is in order there.

Anyone else noticed that the suffix '-sters' to describe a particular group of people nearly always signals 'Warning: twats'?

Pranksters, japesters, hipsters, barristers....

What's the point of that? Beyond acting a cunt?

11 million views, A channel with 9 million subscribers. Hurts no one, everyone on his videos agrees to be on them. Not a bad way of making a living. He's made millions!

The difference is, everyone knows its a prank at the end and sees the funny side. Trollstation never did this. They left people going home and wakening up the next day genuinely thinking they'd witnessed a robbery or a shooting or something.

Doesn't make it any less shit or any more meaningful or funny. Also Google tells me Vitaly also got smacked and shot with an air gun while trying to terrify people. So this one might not hurt people, but his other stuff does. Mostly him, fortunately.

am guessing someone somewhere on this this thread points out that the plumber prank and this one are all fake / plumber / girl etc , all in on it . Obvs.
I'm not sure that's the case with the plumber. ;) There usually is a real victim in a prank, that's what makes it a prank and these cunts aren't shy of terrorizing innocent victims in order to entertain us with their social experiments earn cash from their poop-tube accounts ;)

Genuine question - this pranking seems worse to me (more mean spirited, misogynist and plain old dangerous to the public) than You've Been Framed, Punk'd etc - but isn't it just an update of that format / sort of humour in a way?
(i'm still cackling at the ones being banged up and rightly so though)
