The behaviour (or bad acting) of the plumber who did not find it funny & the way the pranksters thought it would be okay once they said it was a prank. (As if this made everything alright.) What makes me think it is genuine (& I might be wrong) is the reaction of the pranksters to the plumber. "He's a fucking lunatic" "He's a fucking arsehole" When he reacted as I would expect someone to when they have had the shit scared out of them.
