Costs thirty quid to get in to Stonehenge, or park on The Drove for nothing (camp a few nights if you like, or months) and walk around the landscape, which is far more important than the henge anyway, and you can get within 10' of those who have paid £30 and are kept back as much as the regular people who paid nothing (and ignored the National Trust Nazis instruction that dogs are not allowed in the fields, even on leads).

I love that they have special axe and shield storage racks in the luggage bay of the coach.

They just went by outside, shouting and cheering and accompanied by a pipe band which felt like a slightly odd combination.

I can't quite see enough to work out what civilisation they are re-enacting (I am guessing due to your part of the world that they are a Viking horde :D )
