I know what you mean - I wouldn't dare eat mushrooms I'd found in the wild as it is too easy to inadvertently pick poisonous ones.

I'm making a spicy sausage and chorizo pasta sauce tonight with onions, peppers, jalapenos, cherry tomatoes and courgettes. Linguini with it, I think. Tescos had chorizo on three for the price of two and sausages were £2.50 for a dozen so I've stocked up.
