I had two homemade cheeseburgers with Spanish peppers, gherkins, lots of English mustard and a big salad.

Half kamut flour (ancient Egyptian strain of wheat), half strong wholemeal flour.

Sweet and sour pork with peppers served with rice. I made the s&s sauce from scratch and whilst it was not terrible the flavours weren't strong enough either.

I had to look that up! No we have a Philips Whole Fruit Juicer, as recommended by the Juice Master (apparently) !! (and we got a free book of his with it!)
