What's for tea tonight? (#8)

Slightly measly jacket spud with cheese. Stewy thing of home grown tromboncini squash (courgette type thing), pepper, garlic, tomato, smoked paprika and a few meatlessballs. Slice of home cremated honey cake. My growing suspicion that my ancient gas oven needs replacing has been confirmed. It burns even a croissant put in on low to warm up these days.

Playing catch up:

Friday was curry delivery, Shared lamb samosa, chicken dansak, saag bhaji, aloo begun, pilau rice, peshwari naan
Saturday was jerk chicken thighs, chips and salad
Yesterday was chicken and ham pie, chips and carrots
Tonight will be some sort of noodle soup with lots of veg.
Lots of deliciousness in there

Last night was a really nice red thai curry and coconut rice. Then a brownie tart and cream.
Mmmmmmm <drool face>

Jacket potato with cheese and coleslaw, mountain of watercress on the side.
Cheese and coleslaw, my favourite spud topping :)

It's a wet and dreary day here and the fella's got a cold/Covid (test dependent), so I'll be making a big ole pot of tsebhi birsen the neet, which we'll have with Kashmiri basmati, and sour cream.

Special Rice Krispie cake (just the 1, they're much stronger than I anticipated :D ) and some dark choc digestives for afters.

Himself has a chicken Rogan josh with basmati, small and I had Chinese chicken curry and basaltic, the small decreed that the curry was too spicy, so I ate hers and she had a cookie instead. 🤦‍♀️
