What's for tea tonight? (#8)

Anyway, because I am fickle as fuck, I've changed me mind now. Gonna have penne arrabiata with a fuckton of black olives, and with a spinach/rocket/watercress salad. So ner.
I didn't  We had cheese omelette and chips instead.

Haha I'll swap you for the arabiatta tbh. I think the lasagne is gonna be too rich and set my tummy off again but OH bought it for me as a treat cos I've not been able to eat properly for a few days. Bless him ❤
Aww Thimble Queen - what's up with yer belly then?

I dunno mate. My tummy was no good for a full three days. Every time I ate I got really bad gnawing pains after and had to drink milk. And then it just sort of eased off. Its still a bit sensitive. But not painful.
Oo not good. My poor nephew's recently been diagnosed with colitis. It got really bad really quickly and he's had to have a bag fitted now the poor love. He's only 20.
Keep your eye on it.

Despite all my cooking yesterday, it's all sitting in the fridge and we're having a roast. Chicken, which I sprinkled with za'atar, potatoes and steamed veggies.

Tbf I had the soup for lunch and it isn't that nice and was only an experiment so I might chuck it. The stew will only get better.

Ouch your poor nephew. Tummy problems run in my family so I'm gonna get it checked out at the doctors when I'm there in a couple of weeks just in case.

Well I can't recommend birch bolete.
I fried one sliced cap in oil and dried it on kitchen roll and did the same with a brown agaricus from Aldi and the latter won - the wild mushroom had sod all flavour.
It was also a bit floppy ...

By accounts people dry or pickle 'em ...
