What's for tea tonight? (#8)

I made a big pasta bake with loads of sausages for people at work. Dumped the normal grated cheddar on top, but then used loads of sliced mozzarella on top. Definitely be doing that again. :cool:


I have only used mozzarella in a pasta bake. My stepson had mine on Monday and said it was different from his mums firstly for having no meat and secondly he said hers has a cheese top that you crack through which made me think cheddar. He enjoyed both though & it was good for him to see different ways of cooking a dish.
 
Long day back at work and not long home so my & BF tagged team to get sweet potato chips and aubergine, tomato & cheese tortilla stack with tomato sauce & salad leaves sorted. Not yet cooled yet so making do with wine.
