What's for tea tonight? (#8)

I ended up having the pork last night, so chicken leg etc tonight. Had to go Tesco for some other bits on my way back anyway so I bought a few of those crappy little pots of crumble to try and satisfy the craving for now. Think I'll have an apple one tonight.
 
I think it'll just be a veggie stirfry tonight with noodles.

Eta: For some reason I started thinking about Rajma (kidney beans curry). It was one of my favourite meals when I lived at home. I'm not that fussed about kidney beans these days but I've got a real hankering for some, just how my mum makes it. Maybe later this week.

I still have roast chicken to use up so I think I'm going to make a creamy garlicky sauce with quark, garlic & herb cheese spread, garlic paste, spinach, chicken breast and parmesan, lemon, thyme & lots of black pepper. Will mix that in with wholewheat fusilli and it should do me for teas through to the weekend.

Either apple or rhubarb mini crumble pot for after.
 
Daughter has a couple of friends coming round so I'm doing pizzas :thumbs:
I'd taken cookie dough out of the freezer for pudding but she's invited another girl on top of the one who was originally coming so there's not enough now :hmm: - I might just send them to the shop for some biscuits or something.

Having said that, I'm almost positive the site I get lots of my cookie/cake recipes on DOES have some that feature cookie dough... :hmm: ...hold up and I will search!
 
I haven't made that chicken pasta yet because I got sidetracked. Still going to do it, but I want to be able to eat soon as I get back from the gym so I had porridge for lunch and kept what I'd planned to eat for tea instead -
