What's for tea tonight? (#8)

Got a homemade lasagne from the farmers market....looks delicious and slices will be large (came with two steaks for the bargain price of €10). Spinach on side, ice cream at cinema for afters.

My boyfriend's flying back, so I've got some chicken breast pieces marinading in yoghurt tandoori sauce, when he lands I'll put them in the oven and do a salad and warm up some pitta bread.

Basa fillets, rice, tenderstem broccoli & peas.

Mrs Miggins Getting the (Aldi) fish fillets out the freezer this evening reminded me that I looked for individual salmon wellingtons in Aldi last week, but couldn't see any. I'm sure they used to do them.

Vegetarian lasagne (first layer: tomato, red pepper, red onion and courgettes mixed with a nut roast and simmered. Second layer: huge bag of drained wilted spinach, mixed in a mozzarella and Parmesan cheese sauce. Third layer: griddled portobello mushrooms filled with chopped garlic and goats cheese. Fourth layer: more spinach and cheese sauce topped with grated cheese and halves of tomatoes).

We had a bag of mixed fresh veg with it (broccoli, carrots and green beans).

I thought I'd have some left over for tomorrow night's tea, but no it was all hoovered up.
