i have been doing some housework, slowly and without enthusiasm. i think i may skive off for abit, make my lunch then star again after neighbours. or sit on the sofa in my own filth, eating cheese on toast and feeling sorry for myself.

Driving back from Macc with tunes full blast, picking up a couple of things in town, getting back to a house that still smells of teenage vom , making sales calls, pulling in 3 sales

Guilty daughter is currently hoovering the stairs as penance

Sweating like cheese wrapped in cling film as we try and shift the currently non operational dishwasher, flooding the floor several times with stagnant, extremely stinky water as we go. :(

Then logging into eBay to discover I've sold a second item. Novelty value of selling hasn't worn off yet. :D

wondering why I've lost my spark for some things that I used to love

feeling a bit introspective

wishing someone would come round and cook our tea cos neither of us want to :D

I'd come and cook for you aqua if it meant not having to go back to the utility and face Flashy trying to disconnect the dishwasher from the washing machine :D

thinking, crying, thinking some more, wishing mr feyr was here to talk stuff through with me, crying a bit more, wanting some chocolate, more thinking, more crying.

would it be very wrong to make a life/death situation based on a coin flip? :(

yes, it would be wrong :(

Hey, look, if you need to talk things through tere are lots of bored individuals on urban. Don't be lonely :(

yeah, you're probably right :( i'm off to bed, no doubt feyror will provide his usual 5am alarm call :D

Cycling in the heavy rain, taking my kid to daycare and getting to work. Even in waterproofs I'm soaked after an hour in the rain.

Drinking cocktails on the riverside by candlelight having floated down it on a massive inner tube calling in at via various bars en-route in Laos whilst on honeymoon. :D

Cooked a wicked fry up to celebrate last nights gig. Feeling slightly hungover now though and will probably lay on the sofa with a spliff :D

Just stuffed down some luncheon. Have cleaned the downstairs bog. Used some toothpicks things to get right in the crevices. I'm not usually this anal but I bought some just for cleaning the other day and so am making use of them. It was more dirty than I thought but it sparkles now. :D

I've also cleaned one shelf in the cupboard under the sink. I've cleared the other one and cleaned it but lots of stuff needs a rinse before it goes back in. Yucky dead spider in one of me bowls. :( It's a cupboard with doors and I don't open it that often so how so it get so dusty and yucky!!

I have yet to put the washing away and give my tidy food cupboards another satisfied grin. :p

Shopping, sleeping, hoovering, making arrangements and wanting to do more sleeping.

Oh, and I bid on some trackie bottoms for my son on Ebay. I refuse to pay more than I have to for them when he only gets holes in the knees within a week of getting them anyway.

Unplumbing my mum's broken washing machine, trying to juggle niece and friend arrangements, contemplating buying paint.

Been to Greenwich which was immensely annoying. All the secondhand bookshops have disappeared. Since I moved out it has really gone downhill. In Waterstones, there was a man begging people to look at the book he was there to be signing. It made me really really sad.

Bought Cold Comfort Farm and, in a bit, will lie about and read it.

(Also today managed to go swimming, go to library, take clothes to clothing bank. WOO! Also though, feel really sad and down for some unfathomable reason.)

walking on the beach with family and dog, having ice creams, meeting friends, listening to the wind in the boats' rigging. having a very nice time

cleaning, funny how wet windy days make you realise how much you've neglected your house. i had a big big clean up this weekend and i am nearing the end of this particular marathon.
put shiftyjunior to bed and i'm now feeling bored and restless. i am also waiting for the call that never comes. maybe i will do some more cleaning, or if i'm feeling brave then i'll crack on with some organising.

would much rather be walking on a beach though *jealous*

That sounds lovely.

I've been cooking and eating dinner, chatting with my BIL and a friend over a bottle of wine, bathing little 'un and clearing up in the kitchen.
