I've just taken the teenager to get her belly button pierced, which was fairly entertaining as it was in a rather dodgy part of town and she kept telling me to put my phone away and fussing that my handbag wasn't done up.

Have taken Beconase nasal spray which was recommended. Think I may have sneezed most of it out though.

yes, i recommend sipping chilean merlot...it's medicinal. red medicine is the best kind
