Not a lot so far, just trying to wake up and waiting for the world to wake up around me. Had a sarnie, a couple of coffees, couple of cigarettes and gonna write a letter to my folks.

Had a very troubling email from a good friend of mine who has got himself in a mess. Not sure what to do/say to help the lad but get the feeling he is going to have to disappear for a bit

Woke with a splitting headache ( doing a detox and its making me feel crappy ) woke zombie boy for school, did aerobics video, showered, dressed, had breakfast, came online, had chat to cherub on the phone who informed me that her grass has fallen of ( i think she means its been mowed) Made a freind a pair of earings, posted a little on here, checked emails and had a dance with the cat.

Sleeping, waking up, dozing, being brought tea, drinking tea in bed, contemplating without joy the essay I have to write today and tomorrow, coming downstairs and eating lots of toast, drinking more tea, reading about Pepys, trying to get my thoughts straight and failing, accepting the inevitability of having to pull 5000 words out of my arse instead of creating a mature and well-argued piece of coursework.

Watched Desperate Houswives, spoke to union rep, reading for uni, checked banking and I've been paid, checked emails, now watching the news and snuggling with my cats to escape neoclassical economics. I will shortly have a soak in the bath, pluck my eyebrows and do some laundry. I may even pluck my eyebrows whilst in the bath, that would mean a longer soak as I haven't got a magazine to read so will get bored. I don't want to take my textbook in because I will drop it, guaranteed.

Watching neighbours and looking at a big detailed housing benefit guide. Looking into extended payments, while we argue that their whole premise for ending our claim is a fallacy they shouldn't actually be threatening us with court for an overpayment.

shopping. started off badly as I phoned Topshop this morning to check they had in the 30" short ass jeans in my size and colour and they say they do. It's a 1.5 hr round trip...I get there and they didn't have them in the colour I wanted...

I popped into River Island and found a lovely short ass pair in there instead and then I had a 6" veggie delight Subway, came home and got dressed for work. Would much rather being to the beer garden!

One hour ago I was in a car at the airport parking ground, waiting and waiting for the owner of the car to return with our guest (I had to sit in the car, because he'd stuffed it full with valuable equipment for his work, and didn't want to leave the car unsupervised)
...Sadly, our guest's plane was late, he didn't find his baggage, and the clock ticked on and on... It was VERY hot outside and no shadow, so I'm sunburned on one side of the face only... (which was the part of me closest to the window )
Anyhow, other than this it was quite cool to be in the car, because a great radio show playing my all-time favourite jazz artists were on and relieved the boredom so to speak...
