I've just sat down for the first time today. I've been very busy doing kid and house things, including spending a small fortune at Matalan on the teen and sorting out the hall cupboard.

I bet it's not as much as I've got to spend tomorrow. I've got to pay the balance on my wedding dress (have I mentioned I'm getting married? :D ), buy shoes, a tiara, a digitial camera and wedding rings

Yeah, ok you win! :D I would have lent you my tiara though. :D

Where the hell sells tiaras other than bridal shops? I know bridal shops just fleece you on everything.

I'm going to get red shoes!

drinking lager, buying more lager, chatting with bees and now trying to get him to do the sodding washing up before I go and cook tea

but we're laughing at the news and the piece on T5 :D

Posting here, feeling the reviving effects of a strong cup of tea and biscuits, failing to make my mind up about which Japanese car to buy, cleaning kitchen and bathroom.

I've been eating my tea, tidying up and clearing up broken glass from where my glass pan lid shattered. I then took the boys to Staples and we 'oohed' and 'aahed' over stationary.

Struggled to wake up for half past nine, had a shower and contacted a few companies about flights. Most of the folk I spoke to seemed really dozy and my enquiries took ages. I managed to book for me and a friend to fly to Delhi from Heathrow in Nov and 3 weeks later fly from Goa back to Heathrow. I'm very excited and more so cos I will be flying Virgin Atlantic. I have also phoned up the car hospital and heard that my car has not passed her MOT. I got read out a list apparantly its not too bad but they need to get her on the ramp. I have also got dressed and had breakfast.

Sleeping. Then dragging myself out of bed, drinking tea, reading the boards, dusting the living room and sweeping and hoovering the floors. Now I'm contemplating wandering into Woolwich to do a bit of shopping and meet a friend for a coffee.

Procrastinating as usual. :(

I could probably do with my internet connection breaking again - got a few things done early in the week waiting for my new modem to arrive.

watching 28 days later with the flatmate, surfing the net, wondering where our houseguests have got to and in a comedown inspired world of regret over stuff.

if anyone sees space-hopper, cesare and the button could they please let us know they're safe?

Exercising a lot/watching football. Good day so far. Very satisfying when i manage to push myself in work outs. Trying to get mentally stronger while doing it.

I have been having a superacefabtastic time in Brum with my friends. We got a friend a Topshop shopping thing for her birthday and in total 7 of us trooped along. We had at least 5 glasses of champers each courtsey of Topshop and a private place to sit and our own lovely personel shopper. Afters we went for pie n mash then caught the train home ...:)

well I have been setting up a camp in shiftyjuniors bedroom as he decided he wanted to sleep in his tent tonight. He has a nice feather bed topper on the floor, a few pillows, blanket, teddies and his trusty torch in there. He says he is such an adventurer! :D
Looks quite comfy actually, I might camp in there myself one night :)

Planning the 2 mains room installations I have to do in the next week or so and pulling my fucking hair out going round in circles cos the stupid architect didn't allow enough room for everything that needs to be fitted

Although due to sheer perspicacity , I did actually manage to squeeze it in but they need to extend the room a little or they get no 'lectric :p:D
(and they can pay for the privilege of me doing it on a sat afternoon)

Now, where's that wine.....

Awwww ShiftyBagLady, thats so sweet!

I am sulking upstairs as this father-son bonding business has sunk to the level of drinking beer, watching the fucking Cannonball Run and discussing the merits of Farrah Fawcett.

They seem to be getting on fine for once!

ooh lovely word, word of the day danski.

Sweet until I insist he cant sleep in it on a school night :D
I dare not ask what a connonball run is but it also sounds terribly macho. Boys will be boys as they say

I went into town this morning with the plan to go to the Uni library for books but that was closed !! I did some clothes shopping and then went to Asda for food and since my car is still at the hospital I had to be mindful about what I put in my basket. It's been quite a few since I walked home from a supermarket ! Heaviest item I think was my newsapaper.

YAY for them

Moaning, whimpering, wondering why it seemed like a good idea to have another beer at 6am :(
LOL :D You daft bugger :D

I've finally got up, made some lunch, hoovered downstairs and put the hot water on

now I'm about to do the washing up and then clean the floors downstairs

then potter in the backyard for a bit, then bake bees a chocolate & banana loaf cos he's away with work and not feeling very well so thought I'd cheer him up with cake :D

seeing cesare and button off at the bus station, eating vegan sausage pie and vegetables in the pub whilst reading the paper, coming home and putting off tidying by messing around on line. I wasn't even going to do any internet today.

Eating a delicious smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel, flicking through the paper, getting ready to go to the gym and waiting for the washing machine to finish

*drums fingers*
