No perceptible increase in volume - and inherently sweet - more like "cookie dough" not that I've ever actually tried that.
Rye has always seemed a bit spooky to me - probably because of the association with damp growing conditions and ergotism ... I must look up the brothers Grimm to see if there's a connection.
The excellent Bolivian coffee helps greatly - and I can't complain because though I'm not fit for work, I'm not exactly in distress.
