What are you having for breakfast?

Have an unplanned day off work today and sadly discovered Sunday's loaf had gone mouldy, so it will be a very late breakfast since the most rapid cycle on my machine is 1 hr 55 ...
It may be too late for my traditional weekend coffee.

Breakfast is looking more and more like brunch ...
 
It's always mixed up - chucked in a big pyrex container and nuked in the microwave. Oil is the only thing added at the end.
i'm glad to hear it, i had visions of you eating the tomatoes first then turning to the broad beans, followed by the mushrooms after which you scoffed a jalapeno and washed it down with a glass of oil. it would not have surprised me in the slightest if that had been your breakfast.
