What are you having for breakfast?

Cereal (probably an Aldi own-brand version of something, but I don't eat enough cereal to know what) with half a banana, sliced, and milk. Mini stick of cheddar, 15g almonds, half an apple. Cup of coffee.

Protein shake and the other half of the apple after BJJ.
 
I know *sobs* I've been joyfully gorging on toast and cheese all week as it was half term, but I actually did think to myself earlier with a heavy heart, back on the bran flakes tomorrow. I'm sorry that you had the experience and hope it was a one off.

Discovered a slightly better way to get the branflakes in is to crush them up and sprinkle them on top of porridge.
