This I would eat thusly; thickly sliced, thickly buttered, bit of mature cheddar, bit of brie, various pickle/chutney and grapes.
This is my favourite so far:
They all look quite similar, I suppose. But this one is white flour with wheat and barley flakes, kibbled rye, sunflower seeds, millet and linseed. It's absolutely delish, if I do say so myself. I'm experimenting with mixing some wholemeal and rye flour in now so that I can make it a little healthier. So far nothing beats the 100% white above, though.
