Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.
None of those are first-hand accounts.
Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.
The bible tells us that it's ok to kill gays, adulterers and insolent children.

And how do we know which star they're supposed to have observed?Something to do with wise men following a star?
I may be wrong (coz I'm just taking a history teachers word for it...) but I'm pretty sure that there are non-biblical historic references to jesus?
And how do we know which star they're supposed to have observed?
Hmmmm.Coz we added up the astronomy...
There are, but none of them come from the time Jesus is meant to have lived.
maurice did your mum dress you this morningCould you say something reportably offensive or racist, Olle? At the moment you're only being irritatingly stupid and no-one can ban you for that.
No idea. some prog I half watche dmany years ago something about some star being brighter than normal and my sister's birthday which made it stick in my head. What astronomy?

Acts
no i go out in the daytimeThat's probably not going to be enough, even with the lack of punctuation to compound any felony. Do you have any opinions about traveller communities? About rootless cosmopolitan financiers? Mohammedans? Working-class people in sportswear? Any prejudices in that direction would be helpful.
Hmmmm.
will done DD ive got that but when was jesus bornAccording to something I read a few years ago - and I can't remember its identity - December 25th was the date of a pagan festival, celebrated all over Europe, apparently commemorating the birthday of some long-forgotten king or pagan god. When the Christians were trying to take over, they found they couldn't stop local people practicing their annual festival, so they decided that December 25th should be celebrated as the supposed birth date of Jesus. Easter is also a pagan festival that the Christians half took over but, like with Christmas, had to find a compromise. Nor were these festivals the reserve of pagans - it's no accident that the Jewish Passover and Hannachuh festivals coincide roughly with Easter and Christmas. Christmas and Hannachuh both originated as winter festivals of lights.
Look, its simple right; X = Libra, Y=No. of gifts from wise men, Z=mercury being strong that week.
Therefore, X = YxZ. Divide that by the number of barns in Bethlehem, and Jesus is definitely the son of God.

why is it we know so much about him [books] but no records of his birth dateIt doesn't say anywhere explicitly in the NT when he was born. Sometime between March and September a lot of people seem to think.

.........Only a few of his 35 years have been written about.
