Casual Observer, they have this in again
1.49 for 200g. More convenient for me in two separate packs.
Thanks for the tip-ff. I'll try to get some tomorrow. I also liked the firm plain tofu they were selling a few months back - superior to the spongy Cauldron alternative they more frequently have at the same price. Agree about the twin 200g packs too - much more convenient.

Those no bull burgers are great only £2 and either 6-7 mins in pan or bit longer in oven
Tip when doing in oven is to do them a bit longer and on a higher heat

Speaking of Iceland, I tried their ‘no bull’ burger today. It’s really delicious, I cooked it on a on a griddle pan and had it in a bun with lettuce, tomato, red onion, ketchup and mustard. It was just like eating a barbecued beef burger!
I've just been out today and bought another two packs. Lovely with fried red onion. Reckon they will be lovely cooked on a barbecue with a side of corn on the cob.

I do them for about ten on hob. They tend to stick a bit ime and that's using a non stick frying pan.

I picked those burgers up in Lidlington and then put em back... Too much like real flesh for me... I prefered the look of the beany ones!

I assume the Iceland burgers contain gluten? (sigh...)

I am waiting desperately for the Beyond Burger which is both vegan and gluten free.

After a few experiments, I think I'll leave tofu to the Korean place down the road.
They seem to be able to do it well, mine is 'meh' at best.

High praise indeed. Think I'll give it a go...
