Legends has gone now. Last year's end of year riot was at that club that used to be the paradise factorybtw, if you fancy a trip up North again, I can recommend the Electric Chair end of year riot. It's on sometime between xmas and NY, at this amazing venue in the gay village. The club is like a labyrinth and the line ups are usually ace:

The more time passes I reckon eurovision-style euro dance pop has been the biggest musical influence on "western" music in the 21st century....check US and UK dance pop, US rap, rnb, dnb, US EDM, and now even JA Dancehall (not just in that track btw), all have succumbed to the influence of eurovision

i did randomly bump into a very unlikely guy from my local (which isnt all that near) tho, i think he cdnt quite get his head around it and freaked out and left ha.tho im sure the music wasnt his thing either. i tried to explain it wasnt the kind of night peiple go to pull but he kept trying hmmm.

Earwormed me for the rest of the day
I got the Equicknoxx LP on Saturday. Pretty good but more down tempo tunes, very little in the way of vocals and samples, not nearly as exciting as the mix.
