what you have to remember is that Transphobes are conviced that science is actually on their side and that the evidence base and consensus opinions of all the reputable learned bodies on this topic of managing Gender Incongruence is tainted by 'Stonewall law' and that the 14word types with their rigid enforcement of heteronormative gender roles are the ones with the 'natural law' on their side

if you read the NHS gender reassignment care pathway for Adults and apply the NHS constitution's standards to it

for a transgender woamn it should take one year and 36 weeks (616 days) from initial referral to Admission for Gender Confirming Surgery, ( referral to diagnosis and commencement of treatment 18 weeks, the one year on GAHT / RLE that the current NHS protocol requires reflecting WPATH 7 , even though WPATH 8 is now current) and a further 18 referal to treatment for surgery

2475 days since first referral and not a whisper of initial consultation with the surgeon never mind a surgery date ...

I reckon proximity to the UK, with TERFs able to include Ireland in their perpetual road show of hate. Plus there is quite a lot of crossover between UK and Irish media isn't there? And Glinner is Irish of course.
