Quite apart from the ridiculously evil suggestion, you can't be a 'only a carrier' of HIV, you've either got it or you haven't.

I kind of admired him for that display. He's quite wrong on the science, and quoting the Hadley Centre as a source was disingenuous at best given that place's clear position on global warming. But (albeit absurdly, even on his own terms) he called them Hitler Youth and by golly, he was going to call them it again. And again. And again.
