There are forums full of nasty pieces of shit who venerate these murderous scum. They keep each other ginned-up by posting "ragefuel" - news stories and anecdotes that are shared to keep the fires of hate burning. They also post "suifuel", again stories and anecdotes, but this time with the purpose of reinforcing the supposed hopelessness of their situation, in order to keep themselves isolated from the "normies", who are frequently derided.
I'm convinced that inceldom as an internet subculture behaves in some ways like a cult. It certainly acts like a pressure cooker that randomly throws out violent terrorists now and again. Canada's security services have been taking incels more seriously as of late, and it's about time.
