Wonder if Centrist Dad will do an election night concert?
Where the Conservatives were defending [by-elections] against Labour, the average swing was 10.2% in 2021, 12.8% in 2022, 18.7% in 2023, and 22.5% in 2024.
Were you up for 30p Lee?Mornings like this give us a flavour of just how underwhelming/dispiriting it will feel on the morning after the next GE.
who had a month left to run on a recall petition.
Link doesn't work for me. (Edit - does now)Tory MP, Mark Menzies, who represents Fylde denies borrowing £5000 from party members to pay off "bad people". He called an elderly party member late one night and by the following morning the fee had gone up to £6,500. He denies the claim but has been suspended, probably because everyone who lent was reimbursed out of party funds.
Anyway, let's hope the the Fydlers get to go to the ballot box.
Fixed. Maybe Mark Menzies bad people nobbled my post.Link doesn't work for me.
