We’re lacking a non-xmas cheese thread.

I’ve recently had some Beauvale from Cropwell Bishop which was excellent and made me want to do more cheese exploring.

Any recommendations?

Glorious isn't it. Have had a little Cornish Yarg this evening and jeez it's lovely. Had the pleasure of trying an Isle of Mull cheddar recently and it was the total gonads. I love cheese.

Bought some cheddar cheese as part of my online grocery shop.
It was cheddar ... but it turns out it is RAW cheddar.
It has a really tangy taste.. delicious and different..
Anyone know anything about Raw cheddar?

Eta ...having it on brown soda bread now with a lovely sweet apple.. nom

Amongst the things on offer to our new arrivals last week was an introduction to Scottish cheeses - And very nice they all were too..!
