Been going on for what feels like 6-8 months so far and they are still not in the ring. Far too long to wait for the main event and the music acts were pointless.

Tyson Fury could have fought Usyk and then AJ (Or then other way around) after schooling Wilder and he would have been able to retire rich and with a legacy unrivalled.

Now he's going to be known as a clown who took a giant shit all over the sport that made him. This 'fight' v Ngannou was scripted pish from start to finish. Hell, even Chisora would have had Ngannou out within 6. Maybe the whole Fury clan have eyes more on reality TV and the whole YouTube thing as opposed to actual boxing.

I'm annoyed with Fury particularly because heavyweight boxing is moribund at best, at least in this country and it's vitally important that the current names leave it better than they found it. A golden opportunity has been shot to shit.

Fury is a gobshite, ducker, homophobe and manipulative bully and, let's not forget, drug cheat. And of course a rather good fighter with a good chin. We'll probably never know how good given his manipulations and unwillingness to take the risky option/fight the best. I'm convinced he only took the Usyk fight after Dubois opened up a possible vulnerability. But all Fury's complete arsery is a product of shitty elite boxing, shitty governing bodies and the rest. Sorry, obvious point, it's just so frustrating. Even when this sideshow fails to play out like it was expected, the judges step in to protect the Saudi's investment.
