When cooking it for vegetarians I sometimes use either sun-dried tomatoes or ceps to replace the bacon. Both work well . Love a tartiflette.

I made one in December. It was a bit much tbh. Lush tho

When I last cooked it, I couldn’t get enough reblochon so had to bulk it up with Chaource, but it was delicious.
Usually have it with cornichons or gherkins

I foolishly bought two reblechons from the tramps buffet, and after using one of them to make a Tartiflette gave the second to my dad in the manner of a reformed drunk pouring away the remaining whisky
