Soviet Bootlegs Of Banned Records Printed On Discarded X-Ray Plates

I've got a load of 70's Russian jazz LPs in the loft I got from a car boot years ago. They all look a bit like these two so might be on Leo, but I think mine are Russian, not English in manufacture:

I'm sure I've got that. LIstened to it twice maximum. Very dense jazz! Not my cup of tea.

This, on the other hand, is sublime:

Someone at work tipped me off that searching for 'pyotr mamonov can opener' on twitter would yield fruit. A bit of following other youtube suggestions after watching that one, and doing a very small amount of research lead to the band name 'Zvuki Mu' and gems like these :D

Hard to tell if this stuff got a mention before because quite a lot of videos on this thread are no longer available :(

I get the impression they may have been better known in the west than most and Eno produced their first album or something.

Is that a young Alan Partridge on keyboard in the first two videos I posted? :D
