The name would suggest otherwise. IIRC tens of thousands of people participated wordwide in 1998.

AFAIK the Days of Dissent thing started off with a summit in Germany in the 1980s. No idea why GSP would have been missed out. Lack of anyone volunteering to write the copy, probably.
