Self-indulgent pet thread

Just found some pics on my phone of a cat we looked after for a couple of weeks. She was tiny when we got her but soon grew due to all the feeding :D

Lovely, playful little kitteh - Rhianna :)

In my fridge, stealing my foodz

Awwww!! Too many to quote but there are some stunning kitties and pups on here

Yakkety - ohmygod - want!!

Vintage Paw/Epona/Manter - I also have two indoor cats - they're 8 now, and never known any different. Both in very good health, have a big kitty gym to fight over, and toys, but love just tear-arsing round the house and up and down stairs, plus the friggin clothes horse (all our clothes have a layer of cat fur on them by the time they're dry:mad:). Cats need very little in the way of toys n stuff, I've found.

Jesus wept

How the hell do other people solve their cat / work interface problems?

Nigel seems to have no means of existing that doesn't involve being on top of work. She won't tolerate being under it, and she won't tolerate sitting exactly where she usually sits (i.e., in front of the window) so long as the work's around.

GRR.

If you ever find out do let me know. My cat has spent the afternoon licking my hand as I try to type a rather important document

Griff's the hairy mad Welsh one - rather like Animal. Malcolm Preston MacRodent VIII is the expressive faced, obsessed with grooming, bossy rodent in the bottom pic!

The Northerner just agreed I can have either 2 cats or 2 guinea pigs. How to choose?!?!

(Or do I get both and claim I misunderstood?)

pink pink ink pads!

do some kitty print pictures :D she looks placid enough :hmm:
Regrettably, the only thing that is currently patterned with pink paw pads is an annotated email print-out, which has my full name, work email address, work / departmental address, and mobile phone number on it :D

I have a feeling there *must* be some somewhere else, too. Particularly as she isn't averse to licking her feet.

I've yet to find any on our (new, magnolia / off-white) top duvet cover, though.

pepper: "nomnomnomnom receipts!!1!"
me: "... but why??"
Eating, or fighting?

If the latter, then it's probably the sound they make. Nothing turns Nigel's prey instinct on like a pencil flittered under a piece of paper.

e2a: particularly if the paper's part of a stack that's hanging over the edge of a table. Rustling a pencil around under the overhanging rim sends her grade-A bonkers.
