Follow these steps:
1) On the photo page, click once on the 'down arrow' and click on 'View all sizes'
2) Click on the size of picture you want from the options at the top
Then either -
3a) Right-click the picture, choose 'Copy image address' and paste into Urban's img doohicky (the 'polaroid with a smiley face' icon in the formatting bar above where you type your Urban messages)
or
3b) Right-click the photo, select 'Save image as...' and save it to a place on your hard drive - then use Urban's 'Upload a File' button (underneath the box where you type your Urban messages)
If using method 3b the image must be under 250kb, so 3a might be easier for pictures that are a bit bigger/that you don't want to resize in an image editor.
