Russian Olympic Committee - should they be there?

When I first saw ROC I thought it was Republic of China and thought they'd decided on a new name for Chinese Taipei i.e. Taiwan, but then I wondered why they had so many white team members.

Of course it turns out they're Russia in all but two words appended to their name. Even have their flag's colours. Was a bit galling seeing them beat Japan to win gold at in the men's team gymnastics, although their athletes seemed very emotional about it.

So do people think that all Russian athletes should have been banned?
