Always eaten on a Monday night after work having had a heavy weekend and about to indulge in a 11 hour sleep.
 
Do you use a particular brand of flour?

I've been using the Organic stuff from Aldi and it's really good but I'm running low and it's a special buy so won' be back in the shops for a while.
Yes, it's called bread and pizza flour. It's high protein, I think it's 12% protein, that makes the difference.
I have tried a few types and settled on this one.
