If he was cheating, he would not have tested positive after he completed the event - that would be stupid.

He would have done all his drugs and weight training during the many, many, months of the year that he was not competing at the olympics.

And given that there is no accredited drug testing in Jamaica during all of those months and given, therefore that he will get away with it and make himself a multi-millionaire, it would seem that the temptation is irresistable.

Why not?

Just look at history.

After all, it's not as if so many "drug-free heros" of the past have not been exposed.

But if he's got any sense, which I imagine his handlers do even if he doesn't, it will be in Jamaica where there is no accredited out-of-season drug testing.

Please provide evidence that he has not benefitted from this lax regime if you have any.

Because if he has spent any much time in Jamaica, we can assume that he has had the benefit of not having to undergo any meaningful out-of-season testing.

As 10 seconds on Google tells us, Bolt has never been near an American college.

He's been in the top five since 2005 - I don't know what the consequences of that are for regular out of competition testing but you'd think they'd be serious.
