My colleague reckons it's the start of the athletics that has really done for it. His tube was almost impassable this morning -- at least double the volume of normal.

*shrug* I'd be using the bus and my feet, and probably not at peak hours. As long as they stay away from TCR etc I'll be happy.

driving back this afternoon along the M40 - no hold ups at all - the Olympic lane was opened to all traffic for most of the way up to Kings X - I didn't need to use it though - and didn't want to risk it - just in case
