How do you find out which risk range your postcode is in?

So I've had my quote in and it expires in a few weeks. I need to find out how much it will go up by, so I can properly compare prices and potentially haggle, although I know that's harder this year.

If I tell the fuckers now so I can get my renewal price, will they then increase the price from today (well, Monday) and charge me an admin fee on top?
