Masters courses - what do I need to know?

Right, I'm still thinking about doing a Masters course part-time.

I happen to vaguely know the lecturer in charge of admissions on one of the courses I'm most interested in, and I'm going to meet them for a drink next week to quiz them.

But I still know nuffin' really about how postgrad education works, what I should be looking for from a course, what is important....

So what kind of questions should I be asking?
