I wouldn't say that; after all, if there is any nation that has experience of a load of religiously fundamentalist immigrants arriving in a country, killing the inhabitants, stealing their land and then proceeding to impose their own twisted and demonstrably false version of their faith across it, it is the Yanks.
i am not sure he values the native americans any more than he does the muslims.

PM: I will make case for strikes against IS in Syria - BBC News

Cameron is being bullish about bombing Syria
...
"Raqqa, if you like, is the head of the snake. Over Syria we are supporting our allies - the US, France, Jordan and the Gulf countries - with intelligence, with surveillance and with refuelling. But I believe, as I have said many times before, we should be doing more.

"We face a direct and growing threat to our country and we need to deal with it not just in Iraq but in Syria too." ...

Do you think the COP/climate mobilizations should go ahead without any change of plan given the circumstances? (Ignoring the fact they might be banned anyway.)

Should the democratic process be suspended due to these murders? I don't think it should be. What would IS and the Western ruling classes want? I believe the bastards on both sides would want an increase in authoritarianism. This desire should be ignored.

Personally I'm a bit unsure and could be convinced either way at the moment, but I have a feeling that the 'climate games' might be not the best thing to go ahead with in the current situation. (Although I was pretty unsure as to the usefulness or relevance of them anyway tbh.)

The only people in danger are the eco-hippies themselves: hanging themselves off things, strapping themselves to railway lines etc plus the added danger of nervous, trigger happy police and soldiers....and of course the severe beatings from the Gendarme.

The Climate Games themselves are a great tactic IMO. They overcome some key challenges with mass direct action. I'm not sure detailing them here is appropriate.

he may have liitle choice, the French have invoked the - with holes - mutual assistance clause within the EU's Lisbon Treaty (of which the UK is a signatory), and they may invoke NATO's chapter 5 mutual defence clause. his choices at that point would be to either go for it and challenge Corbyn et al to go for a vote of no confidence, cobble something together that - in public - appeases the French but doesn't cross what has been agreed in parliament so far, or - in effect - pull out of NATO while pretending not to have done so.

in truth however unless Cameron commits to a significant increase - tripling, and change - the UK contribution, it will make fuck all difference.

probably suffers from enuresis too, i wouldn't be surprised.

I wouldn't be surprised either. I've seen one of these trolling Facebook on endangered species pages. I saw him pop up recently on a grey wolf page saying that we should first kill all the wolves because they're coming kills us in our beds, and then we need to take care of the Muslims because they're coming to kill us in our beds. I actually went and checked to see how many people have died in the US from wolf attacks. It's exactly 3. Not in one year, but 3 since they've been keeping records. That's how afraid some of them are.

Have you suggested to him that perhaps the common enemy here is beds?

Doug Giles, author of "Raising Boys Feminists will Hate"
A man who hates everything because weve all "wussed" out compared to him.
A man with no redeeming qualities, except maybe that he is a finite entity and will eventually cease to be.
These kind of books can be hilarious though. I'm in favour of more of them.

It's like the Mail and Telegraph comments. It's better than the telly.

Apparently former tennis player John McEnroe who has been given the job of head of refugee immigration in the US claims he has been misquoted in his remark "You can't be Syrian".

If you talk to Americans actually living in America there is actually a minority who do think like this, they believe Fox News when they say that Britain is full of roving armed Muslim militias etc.
Some of those you meet on holiday in Europe are like that as well.
