Lunch should have its own thread

Lasagne (homemade, with lentil ragu layer and spinach/leek/courgette layer) and side salad of cucumber, red pepper, celery and salad leaves. Glass of water. Guinness cake that a colleague brought in for afters!

Asda thin crust peperoni pizza which I added lots of jalapenos to. Pretty good for a cheap store bought pizza, but a bit decadent for lunch. Enjoyed it though.

That all sounds well fit!

Toasted sesame bagel, one half with avocado/lime juice/chilli sauce, one with cheddar/gherkins/wasabi mustard. Small bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes for dessert.

Mozzarella, mushroom and chorizo toastie with chipotle ketchup for dipping. So good.

I’d have toasties more if it wasn’t such a bastard to clean the breville.

Homemade hummus (made with sesame oil instead of tahini, because that was all I had in. First outing for my mini food chopper that I got for Christmas.)
Served with carrot and red pepper sticks and oven warmed, almost crisp, tortillas.

Fresh roasted chicken breast, chorizo, salami milano, provolone, cornish salted butter and crispy chicken skin brioche rolls.
