I had giant couscous (less appealing now and have giant snails as pets and their eggs look exactly the same *boak*) with chick peas, peppers, spinach, red onion.

moose I was in the Polish supermarket the other day and they had the whole RANGE of Prymat mustards. Not trying to enable you but

I'm having a toastie on seedy bread with cheese, a roasted red pepper, mayo and some of seeformiles's excellent home made chilli sauce Which I have quite often but keep forgetting to publicly compliment. And a Diet Coke.
