Anyway, today it's gonna be two hard-boiled eggs, babyleaf salad, sliced red pepper and radish, and green olives in pesto.

Massive plump brown bumholes for afters

Went to a friend's house for lunch and was served slow roasted lamb with roast veg couscous, broccoli and peas, followed by homemade chocolate malt ice cream and thin delicious biscuits. Hooray

Got a hard boiled egg and bit of salad to have on a piece of toast once the office kitchen is free.

Yesterday was a southern fried Quorn burger in pitta with mayo and chilli sauce, the day before brown rice with feta and harissa. Lunch has been a bit indulgent this week

It was slightly mis-sold as it was basically a Victoria sponge with icing but there was a raspberry and chocolate truffle on the side. Not bad!

Big fat bastard lunch today: jacket potato with a fuckton of butter and cheese and chipotle sauce, then once I'd eaten all the inside I smothered the skin in mayonnaise. It was lush but I really needed two.

I'm sorry cus this is a bit gross- I think it's hilarious I work in theatres, in recovery and at work yesterday I walked past a couple of theatres to another recovery zone ( to get something) and I was ' hmm what a tasty smell, smells like burgers - hmm a juicy cheeseburger right now would be sweet....
Then ...I realised what I was smelling was the diathermy ( theatre tool that quaterises flesh) being used . Still fancy a cheeseburger though.....
