Lunch should have its own thread

Made myself a quesadilla with black beans, chipotle flakes and a squeeze of lemon along with copious cheese. Had that with some squash and bean stew. VG.
 
A tesco chilli, bean and tomato soup/stew thing with a piece of toast. Satisfyingly filling. And it's not very often I say that!
I do have an emergency bit of cheese, half a tin of tuna and a few manky rice cakes in the kitchen though.
Have eaten no crap atall so far today. 2 wholewheat digestives don't count, right?!
