I'm at home today, won't be tonight and had ingredients so baked potato with the insides mixed with cheese and kale, a hot veggie sausage roll, and some home made coleslaw.

Made a veggie stew last night for a few days' meals and have just had a portion. It kicks arse. Onions, carrots, butternut squash, red cabbage, passata, tin of chickpeas, ground cumin, smoked paprika, marigold stock powder. It's gone all thick and delicious.
