Lazy Llama
Yesterday we went for all you can eat at aroma in shepherd's Bush. Mostly Chinese food but also a bit of Thai, with chips etc too. The kids hated all the savoury options so we basically forced them to eat £8.50 worth of sweets I had loads of delicious garlicky Thai aubergine, some broccoli, green beans and tofu, noodles, buns, rice, veggie sushi rolls, chiffon cake and mango pudding. Fucking fat
Two mini wraps with ham, egg, spinach, avocado and garlic & herb cheese spread. More spinach on the side with cucumber, tomato and pickled beetroot. Cup of tea.
Also had the last portion of spicy turkey bolognese with pasta and broccoli that I didn't finish last night for second lunch. And a donut peach, and a cashew & date bar
A bag of salad.
Apparently it only counts as one of my "five a day"
The iceberg lettuce isn't very nutritious, but the red cabbage makes up for it.
The carrot provides slow release carbs.
Amazing hangover lunch of massive sandwich from a deli with lashings of butter, egg mayo, slices of butchers ham, mustard, tomatoes and grated cheddar, a mini sausage roll and barbeque beef hula hoops.
Went to a cafe I used to frequent regularly hoping to have my usual (brie and cranberry toastie with side salad). Not been there in a couple of months & found the menu had changed. The toastie had been 'upgraded' to a gigantic baguette with a £2 increase. Ordered it anyway. It wasn't nice. It made me totally bloated. And I'm now at work clutching my stomach
Plus the only free newspaper to read was the Daily Mail. Am having an extra angry afternoon now
